History

My research indicates that Charles M. Pritchard lived in this home as early as 1880 and may have been the first owner. C.M. Pritchard was the City Superintendent and a “Rigger of Ships.” Charles (1836-1904) lived in this home with his second wife, Mary March Harris (1835-1881), their three daughters, and their hired help.
